postcards

O.K. so I didnt actually get around to sending a single postcard to ANYONE during my trip to Colorado and Seattle. I did work in my diary a whole bunch, but I spent more time in flea markets picking up handfuls of antique postcards from all over the world. I messed around with them and will start mailing them out this week.

this second one was actually a coaster I got from a bar in Boulder.

safety first!

More henna themed stuff. Silver paint marker on black rubber gloves. I was going to decorate them both differently but I got a little bored and just wanted to finish so I can move onto the next project. Whatever that is.

mailed a package yesterday.

I haven't finished anything real in a month. I went overseas for a few weeks and didn't stop moving. Then I sort of rebooted myself. Now I can rock and roll again.

I'm leaving for Ireland tomorrow, gonna be gone for a few weeks. So I figured now is a good time to henna some tattoos I want, since I won't have another job interview for at least another 3 weeks.

I even jazzed up an old tattoo....

crawling out of a rut

Lost all interest in illustration, but not many other ideas outside sculpture and installation. Sabrina gave me a few odd items she found and I decided to do something with them. This army tool wrap is now a trailer :) with beads glued on. I know what I want to do with the pair of chemical protective gloves she gave me but haven't finished it yet.

I really wish my comment thing was working so someone could tell me whether or not I should continue with this on a large scale....
